Times for checking in and checking out
We guarantee that you can check in at 2 pm. Would you like to arrive before that time? Please note this on the confirmation, so we can try to have the room available when you arrive. When the room is not available, you can leave your luggage at the reception. When you arrive later than 6.30 pm, you have to inform us. After 9 pm you can check in at the hotel bar. On departure date you have to check out before 11 am. It's also possible to use the room for a longer period of time, till 5 am. For a room with bath or jacuzzi we charge € 30,00, for a room with shower we charge € 20,00.

Cancellation policy
4 rooms or less: At cancellation on arrival day till 12 pm we don't charge. After 12 pm we charge 50% of the total amount of reservation and after 6.30 pm we charge 100%.
5 rooms or more: By groups from 5 rooms you can cancel the whole booking will 3 weeks for arrival date. A maximum of 25% of the number of rooms can be cancelled till 2 days before arrival date. After that we charge 100% of the total amount of reservation.

Breakfast
On weekdays you can have breakfast from 06.30 am. Also you can take along a lunch parcel, which you can compose from the breakfast buffet. You can ask our breakfast staff for a lunch bag, the costs are € 5.00. On holidays and weekends we serve breakfast from 8 am till 10.30 am. It is also possible to order breakfast in the room (only after reservation before 6 am), we herefore charge € 15,00 extra for 2 persons. Are you leaving earlier so you can't have breakfast? We can make you a breakfast parcel which contains bread, drinks, fruit and sweets. This is instead of breakfast.

Parking
We have a spacious parking lot at the back of the hotel, where you can park your car free of charge. If you would like to go biking on departure day, you can leave your car at this parking lot.

Bike rent
You can rent bikes. All bikes we hire out are ladies bicycles. It's not possible to make reservations for a bike, if you would to rent a bike, you can contact the reception. The bikes are € 8.50 per day. When you would like to rent 8 or more bikes, you have to contact the reception within 48 hours. This is also the policy with electric bikes.

Arriving
When you would like to leave the hotel during your stay we kindly ask you to leave the room key at the front office. Will 9 pm you can use the hotel entrance en you can pick up the key at the front desk. When you come back later you can pick up your key in the café. Are you coming back after 1 am? Then you should let us know in advance. You receive the room key and the code of the night door, so you can come in at any time.
